What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
All orders are shipped within 1 business day from our warehouse.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an error in the shipping address you provided, please contact us immediately. Use “URGENT” in the subject line so we can correct the mistake before the order is shipped.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an “incomplete address”, unfortunately we cannot offer compensation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take 2–4 days to appear, so we kindly ask for your patience.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Ella Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
