You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five business days after we receive the return.

Returning an item is easy in just three simple steps:

✅ Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download and complete the return form here. Please make sure all information is filled in correctly.

📦 Step 2: Send your order
Return the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the form. Be sure to include a tracking number, as you are responsible for the shipment and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

💰 Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive your package, we’ll make sure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
