General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal Period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: any natural person who is not acting for purposes related to trade, business, craft, or profession, and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Day: a calendar day.

Open-ended Transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the supply and/or purchase obligations of which are spread over time.

Durable Medium: any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that enables future consultation and unchanged reproduction.

Right of Withdrawal: the consumer’s option to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.

Distance Contract: a contract concluded within the framework of an organized system for the remote sale of products and/or services, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication up to the moment of conclusion of the contract.

Means of Distance Communication: a method that can be used for concluding a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur having to be in the same place at the same time.

Terms and Conditions: these general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Prior to the conclusion of a distance contract, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur shall indicate before the contract is concluded that the Terms and Conditions are available for inspection and that they will be sent free of charge at the consumer’s request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these Terms and Conditions will be provided to the consumer electronically in such a way that it can be easily stored on a durable medium.
In the event that specific product or service conditions apply, those conditions will prevail in case of conflict with these Terms and Conditions.
If one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or annulled, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.
Offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or adjust the offer.
Product and/or service descriptions are prepared with the utmost care to allow consumers to make an informed choice.
All product images are representative. However, color differences may occur due to screen settings.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the stipulated conditions.
When the consumer accepts an offer electronically, the entrepreneur shall promptly confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.
In the case of electronic payments, the entrepreneur will take appropriate security measures for the protection of consumer data.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may cancel the purchase of a product within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be inspected to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur in writing or by email within 14 days after receipt of the product.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the entrepreneur has received the returned product, provided the product is returned in good condition.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

Customized products made according to the consumer’s specifications.

Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
Article 9 – Prices
The prices stated in the offer will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, except for changes due to VAT rates or other legal requirements.
All prices include applicable taxes and are displayed in euros, unless stated otherwise.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and services comply with the specifications stated in the offer and with the reasonable expectations of the consumer.
Any warranty provided by the entrepreneur, manufacturer, or importer shall not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
The entrepreneur shall exercise the utmost care in receiving and fulfilling product orders and shipping products.
The delivery address is the address provided by the consumer when placing the order.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed within 30 days. If delivery has not occurred within 30 days, the consumer may cancel the order at no cost.
Article 12 – Open-ended Transactions: Termination and Renewal
A consumer may terminate an open-ended contract with one month’s notice.
A fixed-term contract may not be tacitly renewed for a period longer than three months.
Article 13 – Payment
The consumer must pay the amount due within seven business days after order confirmation.
In case of incorrect or incomplete payment, the entrepreneur reserves the right to charge additional costs.
Article 14 – Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted to the entrepreneur within seven days after the defect is discovered.
The entrepreneur will respond to the complaint within 14 days after receipt.
Article 15 – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court in the Netherlands has exclusive jurisdiction.
